Davis Circle is a six-building apartment community consisting of 48 spacious Two Bedroom apartment homes constructed in 1996 on a 6.3-acre site. Three detached garage buildings have a total of 49 private stalls, with additional off-street parking for 71 vehicles. The low-density site equates to just 7.6 units/acre (15.2 bedrooms/acre) and features picnic areas, an owner storage building, a maintenance/office annex and mature landscaping.
