John brings 24 years of multifamily sales experience, having sold over $825 Million during his career, including market-rate, Senior apartments, Section 42 “LIHTC” affordable tax credit properties, and Section 8 “HUD” properties.  He has a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was the Captain of the UW Men’s Soccer team in 2002.

Kurt brings 15 years of experience in apartment brokerage and has sold more than $375 Million, totaling over 3,300 units. His experience spans a wide range of multifamily asset classes, including market-rate, senior housing, student housing, Section 42 (LIHTC) affordable housing, and Section 8 (HUD) properties. Kurt earned his BBA in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.

Will joined Dean Realty Group in October 2023 and quickly established himself as a top multifamily analyst, supporting the DRG investment sales team in multiple facets.  His work includes financial analysis and underwriting, market research, sales and rent comp analysis, transaction support, and the preparation of marketing materials. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Marquette University in 2023, where he was a 4-Year Letterwinner on the Men’s Varsity Tennis team.
