John brings 22 years of multifamily sales experience, having sold over $700 Million during his career, including market-rate apartments, Section 42 “LIHTC” affordable tax credit properties, Section 8 “HUD” and Senior designated properties. He has owned multifamily property in Madison and Dane County for 9 years, providing further hands-on knowledge of the multifamily market through personal ownership and management experience. He has a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was the Captain of the UW Men’s Soccer team in 2002.
